The Employee Innovation Program (EIP) is an employee-led Maveris Labs initiative where employees are encouraged to turn their ideas into reality. Ideas are as varied as our employees are themselves and are supported by company time and resources. The program is administered by a group of peer employees who oversee the program and serve as sounding boards. And since failure is often a necessary ingredient in success, we help each other learn from it.

The Maveris Agile Accelerator (MAA) is our Agile Center of Excellence and the construct we use to operationalize Maveris Labs. Concepts and ideas from customers and employees are distilled and formulated into a backlog of user stories which proceed through an Agile Scrum-based product development methodology. Outcomes may include new software, new business processes, new ways of hardening systems, enhancing existing capabilities, or in some cases completely reimagining the assumptions that led to the original problem statement.

We have been fortunate to work in a wide variety of environments and are eager to share our experiences and give back to make the world a better place. Every organization needs high quality IT services, but not every organization can afford it. Warriors need to train, and not merely occasionally. Like a skilled soldier honing one’s skill at the range, our cyber defenders train regularly. The Maveris Labs Cyber Range is a cloud-based environment where our cyber defenders continually train with hands-on exercises, and even create their own exercises for their peers and for the community based on real-world challenges we’ve faced.
