This program recognizes companies that are devoted to recruiting, employing, and retaining Veterans. To qualify for the Platinum award, small businesses must meet specific criteria including:
- no less than 10% of team members hired are Veterans or,
- no less than 85% of Veterans hired remain with the company for at least 12 months and,
- at least 10% of all employees are Veterans.
